See what the model assumes
Inspect the geometry, materials and settings that shape the result.
Test a better window. Add some shade. Ask Flux to change your model and run the simulation, so you can see what makes a difference.
When a client asks why you recommend a change, you need more than an answer. Open the model, check the inputs and go back to the simulation results.
Inspect the geometry, materials and settings that shape the result.
EnergyPlus runs the simulation. Flux helps you work with its inputs and outputs.
Compare saved runs and review warnings before making a recommendation.

Let’s talk
For organisations with specific needs.
It is a digital version of a building. It describes things like walls, windows, heating, cooling and how people use the space. A simulation uses that model and local weather data to estimate how the building will perform.
Flux is built for building energy modellers and sustainability consultants who prepare models, test design changes and explain results to clients or design teams. Architects and people learning energy modelling can use it to explore questions too. You still need to review the model and its assumptions.
Bring an EnergyPlus model (IDF or epJSON), a building model in IFC format, or a floor plan. Flux can work with an existing energy model or help build one from your reference files. Drawings and IFC files need interpretation, so check the geometry and assumptions before running.
EnergyPlus calculates the simulation results from your model and weather data. The AI helps prepare the model, run simulations and explain the outputs. Check the inputs, warnings and saved results before using them in a recommendation.
Flux helps with modelling and design comparisons. It does not provide an automatic compliance sign-off. A qualified professional should check the model and results against the requirements for the project.
